Heyscape (Denmark, Great Southern Region)
Heyscape launched three premium tiny cabins in late 2024. The three new cabins are ideally located on Raintree - an oceanfront regenerative farm home to award-winning paddock-to-plate restaurant The Dam, a cannabis botanical distillery, marron and truffles. The location offers stunning views of William Bay National Park, home to some of Australia's best beaches – Greens Pool and Elephant Rocks; and links to the Bibbulmun Track and Munda Biddi cycling track. The cabins offer premium amenities such as self-contained kitchens, outdoor baths and locally sourced products including The Dam's truffle butter, honey and oil, and cocktail kits using vodka distilled on the property. Guests can also enjoy a range of unique experiences such as a 'Marron Catch and Cook.'
Chimes Spa Retreat (Denmark, Great Southern Region)
Chimes Spa Retreat reopened its doors at the beginning of 2024 following an extensive two-year renovation. Originally built in 1995, and perched atop Mount Shadforth near the town of Denmark, the adults-only luxury wellness escape offers a new level of rejuvenation and relaxation for the Great Southern region. Featuring 10 guest rooms, the deep freestanding circular baths stand as the epitome of luxury and elegance that is evident across the locally led design. The Day Spa at Chimes includes a traditional Finnish sauna, steam deck, Vichy shower, and cold plunge pool. Upland Farm (Denmark, Great Southern Region)
Upland Farm is a stunning new eco-friendly farm stay nestled in the rolling hills on a 107-acre working cattle farm. The property originally opened in 2022 with three environmentally-conscious, indulgent cabins clad in Iron Ash timber and large glazed windows to celebrate the panoramic farm views. An additional two cabins launched in 2024, featuring a natural wood fireplace, open-plan kitchen, outdoor shower, and a bespoke round concrete cattle-trough-come-bath.
Hilton Garden Inn Busselton (Busselton, Margaret River Region)
In the coastal town of Busselton in the Margaret River Region, the highly anticipated Hilton Garden Inn Busselton opened its doors over Christmas 2023. Edge Luxury Villas (Wilyabrup, Margaret River Region)
Edge Luxury Villas launched four luxury, adults-only villas built over the property's stunning lake, in December 2023. All the luxury villas are equipped with self-sufficient kitchenettes, lounge area, king beds, bathrooms with freestanding stone baths, and a private balcony; with one of the villas also fully accessible. Completely off-grid, the villas are right in the heart of Margaret River wine country, providing the idyllic base for a culinary adventure.
WineTree Estate Chalets (Denmark, Great Southern Region)
Wine Tree Estate Chalets are located on the Denmark Chocolate grounds and offer eco-luxury, fully off-grid accommodation powered by solar and rainwater systems. With year-round comfort, luxury furnishings, and native gardens, the first two chalets – a one-bedroom spa suite and two-bedroom configuration – opened in December 2024. Future expansion includes additional two-bedroom chalets, blending sustainability with natural beauty, and chocolate indulgence.
The Timothee Resort (Busselton, Margaret River Region)
The former Comfort Inn Busselton River Resort has been transformed into The Timothée Resort in a Mediterranean-inspired makeover. With a bespoke design and retro charm that pays homage to the beloved retro motel era, it offers a getaway equal parts nostalgia and luxury. The Timothée Resort has 34 thoughtfully crafted rooms, featuring locally commissioned and designed artwork, recycled plastic homewares by Margaret River Precious Plastics, and complimentary drip coffee from Margaret River Roasting Co. The View Albany (Albany, Great Southern Region)
The View is a luxuriously appointed holiday home suitable for large groups or families located in the coastal city of Albany. As the name suggests, it offers expansive views over Albany’s Middleton Beach, Emu Point and the Stirling Ranges. The holiday home features a large chef’s kitchen, dining room, and lounging space, all designed to make the most of the view, as well as a sunlit balcony and large outdoor area.
